About FM Digital

Founded by Karl Mcintyre and Paul Fanning in 2004. FM Digital has established a small team of designers who are committed to providing the best service possible. From it's beginnings FM Digital aimed to create a design agency that encompasses a wide range of skills to provide a complete 'one-stop' design shop for our valued clients.

Paul Fanning
FM Digital Director and Senior designer

Education: Competed an apprenticeship in Desktop Publishing before graduating with awards and a Diploma in interactive multimedia design.

Work History: Began an Apprenticeship in the printing industry in 1994 finishing in 1998. Worked as freelance designer whilst studying. Was awarded and internship at a leading Perth web design company which lead to a full time job in web design and development. Worked as a senior designer at one of WA largest Printing Companies before founding FM Digital with Karl Mcintrye.

Interests: Music and Illustration, if not reminiscing about the good ol days of the perth music industry he will be trying his hand at illustrating and writing music.

Karl Mcintyre
FM Digital Director and Senior designer

Education: Graduated from University (UCE & Moscow Institute of Architecture) in 1992 with a BA Hons (2:1) in Graphic design.

Work History: Worked as a designer in the UK to the Stock Exchange for eight years before emigrating to Australia. After four years working in the Australian print and design industry founded FM Digital with co founder Paul Fanning. Has now built FM from humble beginnings to a well-respected design studio with clients ranging in size from small home businesses to several blue chip companies.

Interests: Photography and bikes, if he is not behind the lens of a camera you will find Karl out on one of his bikes, consumed with a passion for trying to be as good a hill climber as Lance Armstrong!
